As a yoga instructor, I am committed to helping you discover your own peace of mind. Your body, mind, and soul are sacred, and so should your yoga practice be. My purpose as an instructor is to serve others on their mats so that they can show up as their best selves in their communities in a mindful and empowered way.

The Yogi’s Journey

I was introduced to yoga by a former club basketball coach my sophomore year of college when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. Hesitant at first, I eventually took a local vinyasa class in town and finished the class with an entirely different perspective. I was motivated to become the best yogi I could be for all the wrong reasons (competition, ego, etc)… As time progressed, I realized yoga was way more than wearing cute yoga pants and sticking challenging poses.

Yoga is all about Unity

Yoga is about oneness, peace of mind, and going inward. The driving force behind becoming a yoga teacher is to allow others to experience those same results no matter their status in life. Yoga is natural medicine and as a lifelong student of the sacred practice, my goal is to give that gift to others through healing vinyasa classes and all-level yoga classes. I’ve had the privilege to teach college athletes, corporate employees, and everyday individuals looking to find new ways to heal themselves and cherish their minds and bodies.

Over the past 14 years of practicing yoga, the result of being one with my body, connected to my breath, and the realization of self-discovery has kept me returning to my mat time and time again.
